Booking, payment and refund terms

FlexAppeal LLC · Updated September 26, 2026

These terms apply to individual classes booked directly through the FlexAppeal website. Please review the class, date, location and price before confirming your booking. Times are shown in Key West time (Eastern). Classes booked through another provider are subject to that provider’s booking terms.

Booking and payment

You may pay online through Square or choose Pay in Person Later. Online checkout collects the full price shown for your booking in US dollars. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription or recurring charge. If you choose to pay in person, arrange payment with Hannah at the class.

Your place is confirmed when the website confirms your booking. Leaving checkout or an unsuccessful payment does not cancel that booking. If payment is unfinished, you may return to your booking to check its status or arrange payment with Hannah. Please cancel your booking if you no longer plan to attend.

Cancelling your booking

Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email before class starts. If the link does not work, contact Hannah using the Get in touch section on the website. The time your cancellation is received determines refund eligibility.

How refunds work

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. FlexAppeal will initiate a refund within five business days after an eligible cancellation. If a payment is received or discovered after cancellation, that period begins when FlexAppeal discovers the payment. If a late-cancellation or no-show refund is approved after individual review, FlexAppeal will initiate it within five business days of approval. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Cancellation and refund-follow-up messages do not mean that a refund has already been issued. Square and your bank may need additional time to return a card payment after FlexAppeal initiates the refund. The date it appears in your account depends on their processing. Contact Hannah if you need help checking a refund.

Age and waiver requirements

Participants must be at least 16. Participants aged 16–17 require the parental waiver and pay in person. Online payment is available to participants aged 18 and older. Every participant must complete the applicable waiver separately; accepting these booking terms or paying for a class does not replace the waiver.

Questions and records

For booking, payment or refund questions, use the Get in touch section. Please include your name and the class date, but do not send card numbers or security codes. Our privacy notice explains how we handle booking and payment records.

The terms shown when you book apply to that booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
